To reach Colchani, you need to go to Uyuni by bus, by car or by train and then take a cab or a 4x4 from Uyuni to Colchani. You can contact a taxi in any place in Uyuni (there are a lot of them when you exit the train or bus stations) to go to Cristal Samaña. It should cost you about 150 Bolivianos (21 $US).
