Place: Ururo (2 Aug 2012 - 31 Jan 2013)The Oruro Carnival is the major yearly cultural event in Bolivia. The carnival in Oruro is listed as a World Cultural Heritage. Come to enjoy it from March 4th to March 8th in 2011.
